Returns and Exchanges

At Canadian Time Systems, our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, don’t worry, we are here to help.

Returns:

You can contact us within 30 days of your product being shipped to request a return. A confirmation of purchase and original packaging is required.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return.  If it is approved for a refund your original payment method will be credited for the value paid for the item. 

Exchanges:

Defective or damaged product? Send us an email with proof of purchase and an image. We will work with you to get you a replacement.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying return shipping cost of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item. We do not accept COD deliveries.
